Member Meeting

Helmut Jilling, "Five Areas We Can Get More Value from ISO 9001 and TS-16949 systems."

This program will be suitable for automotive and non-automotive companies. It is derived from observations from over 1200 audits at companies of all sizes and types. There are certain aspects that always seem to leave some value on the table, even at companies that have robust systems.

Helmut Jilling has been a Consultant, Trainer and Lead Auditor in Quality, Environmental and Safety standards for the last 13 years. He currently audits for Smithers Quality Assessments based in Akron, OH, and also audited for DQS USA in the past. His focus is on using these programs as value added tools to improve and optimize a company's performance.
