Description:
How do your employees know what to do?

Every business has work instructions. Whether written or verbal, they are what we expect people to do. If you were to ask two people how to do a job would they give the same answer? How can you expect consistent results without a clear understanding of the job?

Come to the next Lake County Manufacturing Round Table where Mary Ellyn Sedenik will lead a discussion around creating, deploying and utilizing work instructions.

Thursday February 10, 2011 at 7:45 am Seekers Coffee House in Mentor.

Mary Ellyn is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She has extensive experience in the deployment of continual improvement initiatives in the healthcare industry using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She has been instrumental in the facilitation of changes to improve patient safety, Joint Commission compliance, and CORE quality measures. She also has experience working with local governments.
