When you want to accomplish something critical to the success of your company, you need to involve much of the company’s talent to succeed. Leadership is all about getting people engaged, excited, and productive. Leadership and management are two different animals and can often be at odds with each other.

It’s leadership that will inspire and motivate people to meet objectives. So, how do you lead effectively? What types of leadership skills or styles will get you there? Have you witnessed projects that were successful due to good leadership? What about the opposite?
