ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditing - Automotive Core Tools

Description

The Automotive Core Tools are an integral part of the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System (QMS). As a part of the QMS, they must be audited on a regular basis using the process approach. This course looks at each of the tools and how they can be integrated into the regular internal auditing plan.

What Attendees Will Learn

Students taking this course can expect to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to audit each of the Automotive Core Tools using the process approach.

Attendees will participate in a number of exercises that are aimed at honing the skills needed to audit the Automotive Core Tools including conduct, audit preparation, interviewing, note taking, evaluation of audit observations and results, identification of discrepancies, audit reporting, and post audit follow-up.

This course is geared to any employee in the company that will be involved in the internal auditing process, including the actual auditors and the audit administrator.
