On July 19-20, 2000, a group of PMC Gage, Inc. employees successfully completed the course, INTERNAL AUDITING: Mini-Audits for Maximum Results. The course was conducted by Frank & John Novak, both from KAVON International, Inc.

PMC Gage, Inc. is an independent corporation that was divested from PMC Industries in 1999. The entire product line of gages and instruments of the former company is the identical product line of the new organization including the former trademark, proprietary gage-designs. They maintain the same craftsmanship that was developed over their eighty-plus years. Special custom gages are built to meet customer?s exacting inspection requirements by their craftsmen dedicated to customer satisfaction.

PMC Gage, Inc. is currently pursuing ISO 17025 registration through A2LA. This will put them in a select club of premier calibration laboratories located in the United States. The students were introduced to the concept of internal auditing and its importance in achieving ISO 17025 registration.
