EYE Lighting International of North America, Inc. took another big step toward certification of their quality system, when they successfully completed training in internal auditors. KAVON International, Inc. conducted the training sessions that covered the purpose of internal audits, roles and responsibilities, and the specific methods for conducting procedure and process audits. Participants left the training prepared to perform actual audits of quality system processes.
